Each section [Week 2 paper, Week 5 paper and Week 10 paper] are not to be 3 to 4 pages each, and when combined equal a 9-12 page paper. That is not the point of this assignment. The point is to take the previous information, synthesize it and add it to the new information required in Week 10. Because of this, the information from previous assignments will need to be adapted based on the directions found for the Week 10 assignment. Directions for the Week 10 assignment submission In a 3- to 4 page paper include the following: Start the paper out with a cover sheet and an introduction. In your introduction state the purpose of this paper. Be sure the purpose covers what you will be adding from the first two papers and the information that is to be included from your Week 10 assignment. An example of this might be: Compassion fatigue is a natural repercussion when caring for those who are suffering, traumatized, or in pain. It is well evidenced that this phenomenon is present in nursing, and exposure to these kinds of stressors may create negative consequences for nurses’ health and well-being(Bemker, 2016; Figley, 2014; Sasco., 2016). Whether one significant traumatic event or continual exposure to a series of traumatic events, changes in one’s ability to provide quality nursing care is impacted. Therefore the purpose of this paper will consider (put in PICOT question). A review of the literature, as well as possible means of disseminating the information, is included. However the way they manifest themselves often differ. It has been well evidenced (Johnston and Holbrook, 2017; Ziegler, 2015) that nurses in rural communities are more often in contact with patients outside of the work setting. It is important for nurses who are faed with this issue to maintain boundaries without being distant. Winston (2014) indicates that it is important nurses do not put patients “off” by behavior outside of the work setting, and Jennings (2013) reinforces the need to maintain our professional relationship for the good of our patients.
